Tropical Pineapple-Kale-Papaya Smoothie
Brighten up your morning with this yummy yet healthy green smoothie shared by Christiane from her tropical island home in Panama bringing some summer feeling into your kitchen 🙂
So yummy and healthy:
Cut half a ripe Papaya into pieces and put in a blender together with 6 Kale leaves (stems removed ).
Juice 2 cups of pineapple.
Add juice of 1 lime.
Put the pineapple and lime juice in the blender together with the kale and papaya.
Add one cup of water and/or some ice cubes.
Blend well and enjoy! I also added 4 raw cacao beans which gives it a more creamy texture.
